What does “personalized” actually mean?

We don't hand you software and disappear. We start with a call about how your agency works, set KRO5 up to match — your pay rules, your clients' tools, your branding — and keep shaping it as you grow. If your clients need something specific, we build it.

Who is KRO5 for?

Virtual assistant agencies of any size — from a founder with a handful of VAs to teams managing dozens of clients. It's built around how VA agencies actually work: one VA, many clients.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your VA team, and client logins are always free. We'll go through it with you on your call, including our founding agency offer for the first 10 agencies.

Can my clients log in?

Yes. Each client gets their own login to see the work being done for them, their VAs' hours and their invoices. They only see what you've switched on for their account.

Does KRO5 run payroll and invoicing?

It calculates pay from approved hours or salaries and sends each VA a PDF payslip, and it turns the same approved hours into client invoices. It doesn't move money — you still pay and get paid through your bank or payment provider, using KRO5's numbers.

What about government contributions and taxes?

Add them as recurring deductions per employee (for example SSS, PhilHealth or Pag-IBIG) and they appear on every payslip. Automatic statutory calculations are on our roadmap — and something we can set up with you.

What is VA Edge?
