KRO5 Terms of Service
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms cover your use of KRO5, software for virtual-assistant agencies operated by Cedric Oruga in General Trias, Cavite, Philippines. By creating an account or using KRO5 you agree to them. If you use KRO5 for an agency, you confirm you may agree on its behalf.
The service
KRO5 provides tools for tasks, time tracking, HR and payroll records, client billing, a client portal and lead intake. We improve KRO5 often, so features may change. We aim to keep it available at all times but can't promise it will never be interrupted.
Accounts
- Keep your login private and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
- Agency owners and admins decide who joins their agency and what each person can see.
Your data
Your agency owns the information it puts into KRO5. You allow us to store and process it only to provide KRO5 to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you are allowed to put that information into KRO5, including information about your team and your clients.
Connected services
If you connect a Gmail inbox, a Xero organisation or another service, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and that service's own terms also apply. You can disconnect at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't use KRO5 for anything unlawful, or to send spam or unsolicited bulk email.
- Don't try to reach another agency's data or get around KRO5's security.
- Don't upload malware or content you have no right to share.
Payroll, invoices and tax
KRO5 computes pay, payslips and invoices from the hours, rates and settings your agency enters. Your agency remains responsible for checking them, for paying its people and for its taxes and government contributions. KRO5 does not compute Philippine statutory deductions unless your agency enters them as pay items.
Fees
Paid plans and setup fees are agreed with your agency in writing before they apply.
Ending
You can stop using KRO5 at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. When an account closes we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limits
KRO5 is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees your agency paid KRO5 in the 12 months before the claim.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Questions: cedric.oruga@gmail.com.
